With over two decades of leadership in property development, Nick has consistently delivered organisational transformation and sustainable growth, most notably as Managing Director of Rawson Group (2020-2023), where he navigated challenging market conditions while positioning the business for new markets. His approach combines strategic vision with practical implementation, drawing on extensive experience across development management and technology adoption. Throughout his career at Landcom, WeLive, and Lendlease, Nick has built lasting industry partnerships and maintained an unwavering focus on creating sustainable value for both stakeholders and communities.
