Nick Chandler

Co-Founder & Director
Strategy and Projects

Nick is a strategic leader who brings clarity and direction to complex development environments. He has led housing and construction operations across Greater Sydney, including as Managing Director of Rawson Group, where he guided the organisation through challenging market conditions while positioning it for long-term growth.
 

He is known for combining clear strategic thinking and commercial acumen with a practical understanding of how projects are delivered — helping teams move from idea to execution with confidence.  
 

Having held senior roles across organisations such as Landcom, WeLive and Lendlease, Nick has built lasting industry partnerships and maintained an unwavering focus on creating sustainable value for both shareholders and communities.

Vy Nguyen

Co-Founder & Director
Strategic Partnerships and Place

Vy is a dynamic and strategic advisor who works at the intersection of government, development and place. She is known for bringing structure and clarity to complex urban projects, particularly where multiple stakeholders, policy considerations and competing priorities are involved.
 

She has worked across major government agencies in Australia and Canada, including Landcom, Infrastructure NSW, Barangaroo Delivery Authority, Property and Development NSW and British Columbia Housing, shaping projects from early vision through to delivery. Vy has a strong ability to navigate government processes while keeping projects moving forward, aligning stakeholders and building momentum.
 

Her approach combines sharp strategic thinking with an intuitive understanding of people and place — enabling teams to work through complexity and deliver outcomes that are both practical and enduring. In 2024, she was recognised with the UDIA NSW Professional Development Volunteer Presenter Award for Excellence.
